A part of our mission is to give teens and young adults who face homelessness a hand-up, rather than a handout.
Each young person will have a different journey in overcoming the adversity that they may be facing.
Our goal is to holistically care for vulnerable youth in our community by providing resources for housing, education, wellness, and healthcare services via community support.

We also help connect young folks to community organization partners who can also help them create the future they deserve.
